What are wash/care instructions?
Most of our products are machine wash cold/gentle, lay flat to dry, warm iron as needed. Slight fading and fraying is normal with hand dyed/printed/embroidered textiles.
Why aren't things perfectly aligned on my piece?
Each piece is handcrafted with care, and the slight variations or misalignments are part of the beauty and uniqueness of artisan-made items. These imperfections reflect the human touch and make your piece truly one of a kind.
What is that tiny blue mark in the corner of my piece?
The mark on the corner of your piece is a guide our artisans use to align and position the pattern accurately during the crafting process. It’s a small detail that ensures the overall design is as beautiful and precise as possible, while also serving as a subtle reminder of the artisan’s thoughtful, hands-on work.
Can I order a Quincy & Coco gift card?
Not at this time, but you may always email us with special requests and we can try our best to see if there is a solution.
Do you offer customized sizing and made-to-order pieces?
We'd love to discuss the possibility! Do to the global nature of our products, custom sizing and made to order peices are difficult to execute, but never say never. Reach out to detail your request and we'll see what we can do.

Can I order in bulk for something like corporate gifting or a large event like a wedding?

Why isn't shipping free?
Trust us, we wish it was! But unlike big-box retailers, we don’t have our own shipping network or massive volume discounts. Instead of inflating our prices to cover ‘free’ shipping, we keep things fair with shipping fees calculated at check-out based on the best pricing we can find for you. The good news? Orders over $100 help offset costs, so we’re able to offer free shipping as a thank-you for your generous support!
