THE NATURE OF ARTISAN GOODS
Quincy & CoCo items are artisan goods and small imperfections are part of the beauty of the handmade process, BUT If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, we will do our best to make sure you’re satisfied.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do remember that handcrafted items do have elements of imperfection, so please make sure to evaluate whether an imperfection is truly a defect.
Any international sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.
All wholesale sales are final and non-returnable or exchangeable.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products, sale items and gift cards are all non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If we have made a mistake, we will make it right as soon as possible.
RETURNING AND ITEM
We have a 14-day return policy on all full-price items, which means you have 14 days (two weeks) after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@quincyandcoco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The return shipping costs are a flat fee of $10, and that cost will be deducted from your final refund.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received (see return policy above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and that cost will be deducted from your final refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
